Construction Site Supervision Engineer
HK Builder is seeking a Site Supervision Engineer to directly oversee the construction and quality control of luxury villas, penthouses, and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop construction methods and occupational safety plans for the assigned project.
- Receive site handover from the client with a handover report.
- Conduct daily construction and supervision at the site – ensuring compliance with drawings and technical standards.
- Manage quality using a 3-stage checklist: structure, MEP, and finishing.
- Manage subcontractors and construction teams: assign tasks, inspect, and evaluate.
- Keep a daily site log and take photos of progress.
- Organize occupational safety activities at the beginning of the week.
- Coordinate the preparation of weekly reports for the client.
- Prepare punch lists and coordinate pre-acceptance processing.
- Report to the Deputy Project Manager on progress, quality, and safety.
Required Skills
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Engineer.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings (architecture, structure, MEP).
- Understanding of Vietnamese construction and occupational safety standards.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Good health and fit to work on construction sites.
- Careful, responsible, and highly disciplined personality.
- Preferred:
- Construction Supervision Certificate.
- Experience supervising villa, penthouse, or Grade A office projects.
- Experience with high-end interior materials (imported wood, imported stone, Smart Home).
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) for commuting between construction sites.
